Every So Often,

we watch a program about two guys who collect meteorites,

titled Meteorite Men, the two guys in question Geoff Notkin and Steve
Arnold who take on the painstaking process of locating one of the rarest
natural objects on Earth, even more uncommon than gold, they are professional
meteorite hunters, but still have to ask the same question about every specimen they find, is it a meteorite or a meteorwrong? well the above flow chart will help you decide if the piece of rock you found really does come from out of space, the chart itself is based upon a chart devised by Deborah Guedes and colleagues in Brazil, so if you are out looking for meteorites keep this chart handy.
