[CAFE HOPPING IN JOHOR BAHRU] THE REPLACEMENT- LODGE & KITCHEN

I am starting the year right with the bight, lovely cafe from JB- The Replacement- Lodge & Kitchen with every corner so Instagrammable- the sky's your limit really.

Clean, white-washed, natural sunlight filter. With its contemporary settings and high ceiling windows, it is not hard to figure out why this is the perfect place for photography and that's why by now I am sure you would have already heard/seen numerous reviews on this cafe hangout right across the causeway.

We were there on a very early saturday morning, making us the 2nd customer for the day in fact and certainly took a long time feeding our cameras first before ourselves.

Food is decent and while the selection isn't huge, makes for a simple breakfast place. In addition the ambience spells chill, relaxing and... you get to bump into many Singaporean foodies too.

Cafe LATTE and MOCHA RM 10 and RM 11 respectively

THE BREAKFAST PLATTER RM 25.90.
Good old scrambled eggs accompanied with button and portobello mushrooms, spinach, grilled tomatoes, chicken sausages and choice of Turkey Ham with bread,

CHURROS w FRUITS and DIPS RM16.90
I have to admit the churros were really crispy and crunchy. I guess ordering the original version would suffice as well. Worth ordering.
Mixed with dark chocolate ganache and fruit dips.

This white building stands out from its surrounding of much older shophouses and would not be hard to spot.
All prices are NETT with no further GST or Service Charges.
