6th Monthsary~ Monochrome Fusion Bistro

Exactly 10 days ago, H and I celebrated our 6th Monthsary!

And as usual, he got me a bouquet again! I was pretty surprised with this month's bouquet cuz it doesn't contain any hydrangeas (my fav flowers)! This is definitely something different, something refreshing. It's really so gorgeous and I am sure this bouquet will turn out lovely when it is dried.  Thank you b!



Did nothing much except on that day besides work and attending the movie premier of 'Ant-Man' c/o Nuffnang with the boy! I really like the show, actually, I like anything-Marvel-related. Always so damn interesting! Just a heads up though.... there are 2 after credits. Remember to stay all the way till the end! I can't wait for the next Marvel movie already!!Catch Ant-Man in theatres now if you haven't ;)

I didn't make any plans on where to eat this time round cuz I kinda ran out of ideas... lol. But very thankfully, an email from Monochrome Fusion Bistro came just in time and I decided to fix for a lunch date a day after our 6th Monthsary~

Loving the whole interior and how the designs totally fits the name of the bistro!I heard all the paintings on the wall are carefully designed and painted by the owners... talk about effort!


Ordered a cup of Moscato for myself! Highly recommend! Tastes absolutely amazingggg!

Squid Ink RisottoWith pan-seared scallops, crunchy quinoa, parmesan cheese, edamame beans and alfalfa sprouts


Monochrome Aglio OlioMonochromatic spaghetti served with grilled prawns

Threesome? Wing ItHoney Oat, Chilli Crab and Favourite House Wings all in one basket!

Chilli Crab LinguiniSpicy linguini stir fried with crab meat and chilli. Served with deep-fried soft shell crab.


Smokin' Truffle FriesSmoked shoestring fries drizzled with truffle oil


And out of all that we ordered, my favourite has got to be the Monochrome Churroffles!!

A cheeky twist on your waffles, iron-pressed churro-waffle batter. Served with childhood biscuit crumbs, banana slices, cinnamon sugar and artisanal ice cream!MUST MUST ORDER WHEN YOU'RE HERE!
