Trying Not to Vomit

Monday's have a way of bringing you right back to reality whether we like it or not. This past weekend, A and I did a lot of shopping and furniture building. We are still trying to get this dang house into working order for our lives. I know Rome wasn't built in a day, but we've been in this house for just over 2 months!


The last couple of moves we have had, there have been several boxes left unpacked. Those boxes remain unpacked for the past 3 years and I am ready to end that streak. But first, I must tackle this room. 
Any guesses what I do in here? Yes, that is my office. Imagine how productive and inspired I feel walking into this room. It's terrifying and gives me nightmares. So I am devoting this entire week to organizing this room (i.e. organizing my life). Wish me luck.

Also, the color on the walls makes me want to vomit. And let's not talk about that carpet. What color(s) should I paint this room?
