Lunch at Iggy's

Had lunch last friday at Iggy's, situated inside The Hilton Hotel!It serves fusion food and won multiple awards over the years such as being the first and only 5 star rating in Singapore by Forbes Travel Guide & being the No 1 restaurant in Asia from 2010-2012 etc.We had the 4 course lunch set meal!





Small shrimps capellini 

Wagyu cooked to medium rare perfection. Yummmmz!I used to like eating beef medium well (ikr?!??! how tough must the meat be like..) cuz I never really liked the idea of having 'bloody raw-ish meat' on my plate. But I have grown to like medium rare steaks after dating H! Thank you for introducing me to the goodness of medium rares hehe
