Synonymous to Davao City's blooming economy is the Waling-waling, a flower that is endemic to the Philippines, particularly in Davao, and considered by many as the "Queen of Philippine Flowers". Here are some snapshots of the Waling-waling and other flora when I was in Davao during the Kadayawan 2012 Festival.
