Taking Notes...

You'll love it, the influence of the early French occupation is still really evident in the food. Wonderful buttery croissants, pastries & bowls of steaming cafe au lait for breakfast. And then there's the glorious local & regional food- yum. And don't forget the divine Amanpuri resort is a quick plane ride away on the west coast of Thailand overlooking the Andaman sea if you need some 6 star pampering. What an adventure you have ahead of you Jeanne!
