Day by day, a man with a cowboy hat who often play violin or Mandolin in 30/4 park (independence park - Parks In Front Of he Reunification Palace), his name is Ta Tri Hai (70 years old) - A Street artist in Sai Gon.
Everyday, he play violin at 30/4 park (independence park - Parks In Front Of he Reunification Palace).
. 8h30AM - 10AM (non-often)
. 2PM - 4PM
